Instead of expecting fans to go where we want, we'll go where they already are. We'll still get top-tier media coverage for your products, but we'll also engage fans on message boards, blogs, second-tier media outlets and anywhere else they might be.

Provide only the highest level of service.
This one's simple: we'd rather do the best job possible and grossly over-serve our clients than deliver a half-assed PR campaign.

Be honest.
Well, duh. Our relationships with media, clients and fans are our most important assets. We'd achieve nothing by deceiving any of those factions.

Practice ethical billing.
If we screw up during the budgeting process and end up having to work overtime to execute a campaign, that's our fault. Our clients shouldn't have to pay just because we can't count.
